Social Sciences Researcher

Howard Research & Management Consulting Inc., an award-winning, Alberta-based social science research firm, has a current opportunity for a skilled researcher to join our high performance team.

Role:

• Extensive literature reviews and environmental scans
• Data coordination
• Interviewing/transcription
• Qualitative and quantitative data collection
• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Proofing/editing
• Presentation of results
• Report preparation
• Participation in research and evaluation design

Qualifications:

• Degree in social sciences (graduate preferred, undergraduate with experience considered)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Exemplary writing skills (sample required)
• Exemplary verbal communication skills
• Research experience an asset
• Experience with SPSS an asset
• Experience with NVivo or other qualitative software an asset

Location: Cochrane (located 15 minutes from Calgary)
